Terms of Service

Last updated: 2 September 2026

Using TubePilot

TubePilot is provided as an independent macOS application. You are responsible for your device, your local files, your YouTube account and the content you choose to upload or modify.

Your content and services

You must have the rights and permissions needed for content you upload. Your use of YouTube remains subject to Google's and YouTube's terms, policies, quotas and technical limits. TubePilot does not grant rights to YouTube content or accounts.

Third-party services

TubePilot uses Google/YouTube for authorized account operations and GitHub-hosted assets for distribution updates. Those services may change, limit or discontinue features independently of TubePilot.

Availability and updates

The software is provided as available. Updates may change features or compatibility. You are responsible for maintaining backups of important files before enabling automated or destructive post-upload actions.

Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by law, TubePilot is provided without warranties of uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose or error-free operation. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Termination and changes

You may stop using TubePilot and disconnect your account at any time. These terms may be updated when the product or applicable requirements change.
